Wine Lovers intro

Hi all, I am a wine lover, if you couldn't guess that from the title, I like all wine, red, white and sparkly and I don't mind what I am eating at the time, so long as the food is good and the wine if nice and cold.  Yes I drink my red wine cold, don't like it at room temperature, I bet there are lots of people out there like this, let me know.  Anway I found an article the other day, that said playing a mixture of classical, jazz and electronic music to fermenting grape juice results in better-tasting wine, this was according to a study made by a group of winemakers in Austria.
